A: Good afternoon, AlignSupport Coil® is a patented coil which can only be found in a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. It's unique geometry first senses your body as it meets the mattress, then provides support deep down that sits at the very heart of the coil to evenly distribute your body's weight. This mattress is not Medium as advertised it is Hard. The mattress itself is well made but it is bordering on being uncomfortable. The medium mattress in the showroom was medium and comfortable.
